Gourmets who live their passion without even thinking about a business - which then starts innocently. For Niko Dukan, tastings and winery visits are followed by writing, for Kreso Petrekovic, importing his beloved Croatian wines to New York - today perhaps the largest natural wine retailer in the USA. Together, in 2012, the two created Karakterre, the most important salon for natural wines, in order to finally answer the call of the vines and make their own wine alone and together in projects. At Vinas Mora, they are looking for the best, barren soils, surrounded by loosely stacked walls, so that there is even some ground surface protection from the wind. Together with the winegrowers, they interfere as little as possible in the vineyard and cellar and bring the passionate, joyfully crazy side of the autochthonous Babiæ into the bottle. Terroir wines - which reflect soil, vines, culture like no other, a gift!
