Tasting note
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate brightening of the edges. On the nose, a combination of black berries and some wood. On the palate to the primary aromas, then some cedar wood with light blackberry. Nice long finish.

Goes well with red meat with strong sauces, grilled meats and wild fowl, risotto and pasta, as well as hard and soft cheeses.
