Tasting note
The complex aroma of fresh lemons and apricots is gently underlined by its beguiling vanilla note. Wonderfully harmonious and balanced on the palate, the wine is at the same time powerful and elegant, creamy and fresh.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, fish (salmon) and light meat dishes.
Vinification
After a few hours of maceration, it is pressed off. Start of fermentation with pure yeast at temperatures between 15 - 17°C. Ageing in stainless steel tanks. 20% in used barriques.
