About the wine
Treat your family and friends at Christmas dinner with this dominant Chardonnay 2020 — Jacaranda Chenin Blanc Horizon. The wine-growing regions of the South African winery Jacaranda extend across the landscapes, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with goat cheese or fish with herbs.

Tasting note
Tropical fruits, citrus fruits, refreshing acidity and a long, persistent finish. The slightly higher sugar content gives the wine a nice depth and a pleasant mouthfeel. This is the perfect wine for all occasions.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with sushi, seafood and soft cheese.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested early in the morning, cold macerated for 2 days, pressed in whole bundles and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged on fine lees for several months to increase complexity. Jacaranda works in the most natural way to keep the characteristics of the grapes and terroir alive in the bottle.
