Tasting note
The bouquet of Pflaume's Irpinia Aglianico DOC has complex aroma characteristics and plenty of potential for enjoyment. The distinctive nuances of white pepper, black cherry and smoke shape their individual texture. Heavy body and outstanding acidity result in the red wine, which, with dominant tannins in the mouth, shows a great deal of character and class.
