Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of Burgenland. Tasting note
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate brightening of the edges. Subtle ethereal nuances, black berry fruit, subtle woody spice in the background, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, pleasant extract sweetness, elegant, bearing tannins, ripe cherries, chocolaty touch in the aftertaste, very good aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
With red meat with strong sauces, grilled meats and wild fowl, risotto and pasta, as well as hard and soft cheeses.

18 months in new barriques.
