Tasting note
Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate brightening. Fine ethereal nuances, black berry fruit, subtle wood spice in the background, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, pleasant extract sweetness, elegant, nourishing tannins, ripe cherries, chocolaty touch in the aftertaste, very good aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat with hearty sauces, grilled meat and game fowl, risotto and pasta, as well as hard and soft cheeses.
