About the wine
With the dominant white wine 2016 — IMPURO Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc Piemonte DOP, nuances and accents are redefined. Fertile and picturesque landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Sarotto conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with soft cheese or fish with herbs.
Tasting note
Color: Brilliant gold with medium, grey-green reflections. Aromas: Fresh aromas of yellow apple, exotic fruits such as garpefruit, lime, orange, mango, balsamic nuances, herbal. Body: Fresh start, elegant body, seductive aromas that appear slightly sweet, the present acidity sets the counterpoint, present minerality, medium-bodied. Quality: Still subdued, versatile wine, both as an aperitif and as a food accompaniment to light dishes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, chicken salad, mushrooms, pasta with creamy cream sauces, light summer dishes and Vitello Tonnato.
