About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Terre di Santa Maria conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Its attractive bouquet unfolds with aromas of prunes, dried cranberries, a hint of dark chocolate, orange and gingerbread spice. Its taste is just as tempting and is supported by slightly noticeable tannins and a subtly supportive acidity. The wood finish was used skilfully and is discreetly visible in the background. With a pleasant length, it lingers on the palate.

Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Traditionelle Rotweinbereitung mit langer, temperaturkontrollierter Maischegärung (während 12 Tagen bei 24/26ºC). Nach dem biologischen Säureabbau, verbleibt der Jungwein für 12 Monate in Barriquen und reift nach der schonenden Abfüllung für weitere 9 Monate in der Flasche.
