About the wine
With this provocative Grenache 2011 — Icore Cannonau di Sardegna DOC M.O., the term taste takes on a new meaning. Fertile and sunny landscapes in Sardinia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cantina Dorgali creates this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this grenache with burgers with blue cheese or spicy food.
Tasting note
Deep ruby red color with purple reflections, shiny. Rich and intense, with mineral, vegetable sage and floral geraniol. Dry and warm, full-bodied and soft, with slightly soft tannins. Long and pleasant aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with southern cuisine, meat and grilled dishes and cheese.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: Barrique ageing for 3 months (two-year wood)
