About the wine
From the most beautiful plot of the vineyards of Montorsolo, this Grechetto di Todi was born in 2014. The name is reminiscent of the place from which it originated. A wine that also challenges the stereotype of grechetto, which is so difficult to produce, even more so in its purity.

Tasting note
Golden yellow color. Nose: exotic fruits, apricot and peach, citrus fruits, then again salty and spicy notes. On the palate: nice citrus freshness and minerality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish appetizers, shellfish and mixed roasts.

Fermentation takes place partly in wood and steel
