Sunny and beautiful landscapes in South Australia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Australian winery Penley Estate conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
A fruity bouquet of black berries and a hint of black pepper. Juicy, fleshy body with deep blackberry and cherry aromas, completed with well-integrated wood.

Goes well with beef, game, hard cheese
Vinification
Twelve months in French (50% new and 50% used) and American oak barrels, then six months in steel tanks.
