Tasting note
A rarity with an intense purple color and a rich aroma of gooseberries. On the palate, a nice structure with balanced tannins and spicy notes. Long, flattering finale.

Goes well with jerky, meat pies, chicken and sauce with fresh mushrooms, fried and braised meat, lamb dishes, feathered game specialities and semi-hard cheese.
