Tasting note
Expressive, complex bouquet, with notes of blackberries, cassis, cherries, dark plums, subtle figs, black chocolate and some vanilla. Structured on the palate, very complex, fine tannin and very long-lasting on the finish. A big, finesse Ribera del Duero.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pork, steak, beef, wild fowl.
Vinification
Aged in French barriques for 18 months
