Tasting note
Dark fruits with subtle wood inspire the senses. This is underlined by a finely spicy, mineral expression which results in a long finish with a subtle wooden nuance.

Vinification
Pinot Noir grows on old vines that only produce small yields. The harvest is therefore all the more aromatic and concentrated. After vinification, the wine ages in French tonneaux for 18 months.
