Tasting note
The name says it all - if you could taste heaven, then yes then it could actually taste that way. A wonderful peach and flower aroma on the nose, and the minerality is also palpable. On the palate, the wine leaves almost paradoxical impressions. The peach fruit is accompanied by a nutty core and a nice interplay of minerality and acidity. A long, impulsive departure — comparable to a nice long stay in paradise.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters such as Vitello Tonnato or hot snacks with freshwater fish as well as hard and soft cheeses.
