About the wine
This strong white wine 2017 — Hermitage Blanc AOP Nobles Rives is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The wine-growing regions of the French winery Cave de Tain stretch across the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This hermitage is excellent with rice dishes or aperitifs.

Tasting note
It has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. Fragrant of quince, nuts, acacia honey, some lime blossom and even a hint of lemon zest. Strong and melt-in-the-mouth, round and full-bodied, very elegant, impression of roasted hazelnuts and vanilla, long-lasting and compact.
Culinary recommendation
Pasta dishes with truffles, white meat with creamy sauces or with mushrooms, lobster, lobster, curry dishes, fois gras and goat cheese.
Vinification
Lays on the lees for 8 months, matured in new and used oak barrique barrels
