About the wine
Even as a little boy, he played in the vineyards and dealt with the honesty of nature early on. Erich Sattler was shaped by this. In 2000, he took over the estate from his parents. And it works according to his ideas.
Tasting note
This fresh, fruity red wine has quite strong aromas of blackberry and some plum. The palate is full-bodied and harmonious, with vegetal hints of hay and a hint of peppery notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with various pizzas with tomato sauce.
