About the wine
À Tue-Tête is a small brewery that specializes in mixed-fermented, barrel-aged beers. Located in the Swiss Prealps, ÀTT is surrounded by vineyards and orchards. They work closely with orchardists and winemakers to create beers that reflect the regional terroir, all with a touch of modernity.
Tasting note
Fruity, smoky and peppery. Rustic base, moderate acidity and spicy aftertaste with a slight spiciness and persistent acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to game dishes.
