About the wine
A real gueuze, unfiltered and unpasteurized, with notes of green apple and hay.
Tasting note
Cloudy golden orange, dry acidity followed by a fruity, sour aftertaste. Notes of board, apple and hay.
Culinary recommendation
Great with mussels, crabs, duck, asparagus, goat and blue cheeses and desserts.
Vinification
Mixture of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Aged in the bottle for at least a year after blending, resulting in its champagne-like zesty.
