About the wine

Made from Nebbiolo grapes, known locally as Chiavennasca, and from autochthonous and historic grape varieties such as Pignola and Rossola. According to production regulations, the Valtellina Superiore D.O.C.G. must mature for at least 24 months, including at least 12 months in oak barrels, before it is put on the market.

Tasting note
