About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it is this dominant white wine 2018 Grüner Veltliner Numen. To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape aesthetics in Lower Austria, there is no way around this white wine, which the Austrian winery Johannes Zillinger masters with a keen sense of texture. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Grüner Veltliner with paella or poultry.

Tasting note
A cloudy golden yellow in the glass. On the nose, there are fine aromas of baked apple and cinnamon. On the palate, there is a revelation, a soft, creamy structure with yeast notes. A very unusual Grüner Veltliner that reveals its full aromas after an hour in the carafe.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all warm starters with saltwater fish as well as veal goulash with white sauce.
