With this powerful white wine 2015 — Grüner Veltliner "Grabenwerk", the term taste takes on a new meaning. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Grüner Veltliner with an aperitif or risotto.

Wonderboy - combines young, vital freshness, clear, unspoiled, yet peppery and cheeky, green and mineral notes with a beautiful ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, this fascinating combination of still unspoiled playful youth without major contradictions, on the palate too - not only! - flattering, and a nice, cheeky attitude, straight and free, ethereal and mineral freshness, ice cream candy, and peppery indeed. Great fun, how carefree and how self-evident it all is!

Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts in steel tanks, longer yeast storage, no fining or filtration.
