Bio
Tasting note
A golden yellow color in the glass. On the nose, the first harbingers of vanilla, some wood and apricots. On the palate, the nuances of salted caramel with pomegranate are perceived. The finish has a creamy texture with a harmonious play of acidity.
Culinary recommendation
With hot dishes with lots of flavors. Perfect accompaniment to saltwater fish and nice combination with a beef carpaccio.
