About the wine
The decisive component for sweet wines is Botrys cinerea, a type of mushroom that is better known in our latitudes as noble rot. It attacks grapes that are already ripe, penetrates the berry skin with microscopic pores and then dries out the berry. The loss of water causes a natural reaction that changes and concentrates both the aromas of the grapes and their acidity.

Balanced, dynamic and straightforward. Our selection consists of a mix of fresh and sweet grapes and therefore provides the best of both worlds. An animating acid structure is embedded in a dense and juicy texture with a drinkable flow, sweet, inviting fruit and a lasting spiciness on the palate.
