Tasting note
Wonderful pink color with aromas of ripe wild berries, raspberries and some cherry. A fruity but dry and fresh rosé.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish, hard cheeses, Mediterranean cuisine and saltwater fish.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed immediately after harvesting, and the must is immediately separated from the skins. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It remains in these tanks for three months, where it is naturally clarified. This is followed by a 2-month bottle maturation.
