About the wine
The Grillo variety is mainly grown in Sicily. It was formerly used primarily for the famous sweet wine Marsala. Vinified dry, it produces extract-rich wines with a fresh citrus bouquet.
Bio
Tasting note
Bright pale yellow color. An inviting bouquet with delicate fruit and fresh citrus aromas. Clean and refreshing on the palate, rich but not too luscious. A lively wine, with a harmonious finish and aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for vegetable buffers, aperitifs and rice dishes.
Vinification
80% of the wine is aged in steel tanks and 20% in barriques.
