Tasting note
Deep and lush garnet color from core to edge. Fresh cherries, marzipan and cedarwood on the nose as well as some salted caramel and licorice. More spicy than fruity on the palate. A true mosaic, balanced with persistent acidity although still much too young, already of great harmony, elegance and finesse! “Penfolds Grange the Icon-Wine from Australia - a wine you should try once in your life.” A true wine to end friendship!
