Strong ruby red with purple reflections - on the nose with a powerful expression of ripe red and black berries, cherries and plums, plus spicy notes from barrique aging and from the characteristic, expressive varieties that combine power and elegance so well. On the palate, it again has plenty of ripe fruit, but it never looks lush and is magnificently complemented by the elegant wood tones. Very complex and balanced, notes of leather, cigar box, herbs, graphite and a touch of chocolate and coffee complete the complex picture.
