This 100% Caranyena is a high-carat and limited edition wine that is able to show the true potential of this variety. The bouquet is complex with notes of undergrowth, balsamic and chocolate. On the palate, it convinces with lots of taste and aromas of black fruits, full-bodied, pleasantly fresh, balanced and soft. A long-lasting and elegant wine with a lot of character.

Beef tenderloin, braised leg of lamb and strong cheese.
