Tasting note
Ruby red color. On the nose, beautiful fruit aromas of cherries and currants as well as floral notes. On the palate, the wine is soft, elegant and balanced. Intensive, fruity finish.
Vinification
Governo all'Uso Toscano is an ancient Tuscan technique. The grapes are dried for a certain period of time, which increases the fruit and sugar concentration. The dried grapes are then added to the base wine. Due to the high sugar content, a second fermentation takes place.
