Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows subtle nutmeg aromas as well as mineral and spicy notes. Fresh on the palate, with a pleasant acidity. Elegant and floral, with a mineral finish.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are pressed immediately upon delivery, fermented at controlled temperatures and aged in stainless steel tanks.
