Tasting note
Rich to dense ruby red. On the nose, fresh, fruity notes such as raspberries, cherries, as well as a hint of blackberries and spicy aromas. Soft start, berry, compact middle section, finely structured tannins, nice finish.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are traditionally fermented on the mash and aged in steel tanks.
