Tasting note
Medium yellow - very complex on the nose with aromas of yellow stone fruits, quince, ripe yellow apples and citrus fruits. Full-bodied on the palate, but also with a certain freshness and spice, yet with a creamy texture, with the same fruity notes as on the nose. The acid arc stretches perfectly from the start to the long finish. From granite floors slightly interspersed with clay.
