About the wine
Sunny landscapes in Galicia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Siete Pasos conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. With the fine Godello Monterrei DO Casa de las locas from 2020, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
On the nose, it is elegant and very appealing with floral notes and fine aromas of carambola, passion fruit, white pepper and green apple. Wonderfully fresh on the palate with juicy acidity and a slight mineral component. On the finish, its full-bodied taste lasts a flattering long time.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with dishes that are refined with cream or butter, such as pasta, fish or quiches of all kinds. But it also goes wonderfully with mussels and crustaceans or with creamy soft cheeses.
