Tasting note
A perfect expression of the Bierzo Mencía grape. A wine of great fruit concentration, in which we find a wealth of nuances, red fruits, violets and mineral notes that combine with the nuances of wood aging. In the mouth, it is fresh, meaty and elegant with a great finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled red meat and grandmother's stews.
Vinification
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 400 liters.
