About the wine
For decades, the Rancan family, owners of the vineyards in Tregnago, in the heart of Valpolicella, delivered their grapes to the local winegrowers' cooperative. It wasn't until 2007 that Renzo Rancan decided to process the grapes himself and founded the Cantina Ca' dei Conti, where he was able to hire Fabio Melotto as an oenologist. Even the first vintages showed the exceptional potential of the wines, and the Valpolicella Superiore “La Roara” in particular impressed with its incredible density and structure. This wine can be easily incorporated into an Amarone blind tasting and will always be at the forefront!

Tasting note
Straw yellow color. Floral bouquet with notes of apples, banana, nuts and almonds. On the palate, the Garganega has a great structure, again with floral aromas, complemented by nutty notes.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Weisswein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 8°-10°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2022. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Giulietta Garganega passt ideal zu leichten Antipasti, Pasta und Geflügel.
