About the wine
He was born in 1985 and is dedicated to Giovanni Negro, the pioneer of dry Arneis. A historic Metodo Classico of the highest quality, which never ceases to amaze, despite the many vintages.
Tasting note
Fine and persistent perlage. Straw yellow color with green reflections. Intense and elegant nose with fresh notes reminiscent of white flowers and pears. On the palate, it is decisive, creamy and crunchy at the start, supported by a fine acid nerve that concludes with a pleasant persistence.
