About the wine
Do you already know the dominant Shiraz Gigondas AOC Terrasses de Montmirail born in 2015? If not, it's time! The wine-growing regions of the French winery Alain Jaume & Fils stretch across the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this shiraz with roasted vegetables or barbecue.

Tasting note
Opaque, deep red color. Typical Grenache notes (blackberries, cassis), very nice and wide-ranging aromas of spices. A Gigondas that appears racy and elegant at the same time and has a great fullness and meltiness on the palate. Long aftertaste with spicy and mineral components.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal with meat dishes, grilled meat, game.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel or concrete tanks. 40% of the wine is then aged in barriques. After 12 to 24 months, the wine is bottled.
