About the wine
Founded in 1849 by Albert Brenot in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Doudet-Naudin is one of the oldest houses in Burgundy. It was purchased by the Doudet family in 1933. Christophe Rochet, the current manager, has committed himself to passing on the values of this renowned Maison to a new generation. Doudet-Naudin owns 12 hectares, 1 hectare in Grand Cru. You also have the monopoly as the sole producer of a white Savigny Les Beaune 1er Cru.

Tasting note
Deep ruby with garnet reflections. Ripe fruit components in the bouquet (compote, strawberry jam), accompanied by a suitable oak note. Powerful on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game and wild fowl as well as with a roast beef or veal. It is ideal together with medium-ripe Brie or Camembert.
