Tasting note
Great red wine cuvée from the typical local grape variety Corvina (with some Molinara and Rondinella) and the international varieties Merlot and Cabernet. Red and blue berries on the nose, some cassis and (dried) plum, delicately spicy. Soft and round on the palate, with freshness and drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
Goes wonderfully with pasta with ragout or tomato sauce, spicy sausages or grilled meat, as well as strong hard cheese.
