About the wine
To get a feel for the mountainous and hilly landscape aesthetics in Lower Austria, there is no way around this white wine, which the Austrian winery Forstreiter masters with a keen sense of texture. With the dominant Grüner Veltliner 2021 — Gelber Muskateller, nuances and accents are redefined. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Grüner Veltliner with paella or risotto.
Tasting note
100% aged in steel tanks. With intense, inviting muscat fruit on the nose, plus aromas of apricot compote, juicy pears, citrus fruits and a touch of fresh pineapple, framed with fine shades of orange and elderflower. Delicate, delicate and juicy on the palate, with refreshing acidity. Very invigorating and enjoyable to drink. The perfect aperitif wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, but also with light starters, freshwater fish and subtly spicy Asian dishes.
