About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Gayda grows this wine in the countryside. With the subtle white wine 2021 — Gayda Collection Viognier, you can offer your guests something very special. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This viognier is very good to serve with fondue or potatoes.
Tasting note
Pale, slightly golden color with an explosive bouquet. Distinctive aromas of peach, apricot and acacia blossom make room for freshness and elegance, which perfectly balance the richness of the grape variety.

Goes well with fish, white meats, cheese dishes and as an aperitif.
