Tasting note
The entry-level wine for Castiglion del Bosco is a wonderful business card. This purebred Sangiovese Brunello from organic vineyards is of perfect precision, crystal-clear and elegant. It is aged in steel and cement containers before being bottled after two years. It matures in the bottle for at least a further four months until it is sold.
