Garda Cabernet Sauvignon DOC 2021 - Rocca Sveva

About the wine

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the sunny vineyards on the east side of Lake Garda. After maceration, it is aged in barriques for at least 6-8 months. The wine has an intense red color with a fruity bouquet with notes of red fruits such as currants and raspberries. On the palate, it has a firm, strong structure, with distinctive yet balanced and elegant tannins. The aftertaste is characterized by soft, delicious notes of licorice and vanilla.

Vinification
