The grapes come from sites 400-500 meters above sea level around Gamlitz. The harvest is done by hand in small reading boxes. Pressing is carried out after a short maceration period of max. 18 hours. The aging takes place in steel tanks. The nose has a beautiful, varietal spiciness with aromas of dried rose petals and Turkish honey, plus notes of juicy peach, citrus fruits and a touch of exoticism in the form of lychee. On the palate, with a fine acid structure at the beginning, juicy fruit and a fine nutiness in the finish.
