Bio
Tasting note
A cloudy orange yellow in the glass, as the wine was not brightened and filtered. On the nose, cloves and apples. On the palate, fine velvety structure, nice acidity with apple, nuts and spices. Long, beautiful finish. After an hour in the carafe, it shows its full range of aromas.
Culinary recommendation
With hot and cold appetizers with saltwater fish and main courses with veal, especially nice with Vitello Tonnato in summer.
