You can describe the landscape with such words as mountainous. However, the Austrian Weingut Pitnauer is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded! With the dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 — Franz Josef Reserve, nuances and accents are redefined. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or Gruyère burger.

Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate brightening. Fine herbal seasoning, a touch of wild berry jam, cherries, subtle nougat nuance. Good complexity, present tannins, delicate blackberry sweetness, subtle tobacco nuances in the back taste, sticks well, has aging potential.
