About the wine
The fertile and enchanting landscapes of Lombardy give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Contadi Castaldi creates this sparkling wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
The color is straw yellow, with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and elegant, with clean scents of hawthorn, bread crust, balsamic notes, nuances of labapple, dried figs and peanuts. In the mouth, it is soft but not sweet and has a fresh and pleasant taste. The aftertaste is long and decisive, a great pleasure for the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
Vinification
Easy pressing Static cold decantation and inoculation with selected yeasts. Fermentation for 20 days in stainless steel. The malolactic fermentation is carried out partially.
