Tasting note
The Badilante Toscana IGT has a ruby red color. It smells wonderfully fresh of red fruits combined with slightly spicy components. Extremely pleasing on the palate, with juicy tannins and balanced acidity. With its medium-weight body and harmony, it is the perfect wine for everyday use.

Vinification
Temperature-controlled mash fermentation for 15 to 20 days in modern concrete tanks at 27-28°C. The subsequent maturation takes place for 12 months in so-called tonnaux of 500 liters.
